Join us for an empowering Vinyasa class which focuses on all parts of the body! Class sequencing includes stretching, strengthening, toning, twisting, and restoring. Each instructor brings their unique teaching style, music and personality to class, giving you a fresh experience every time you get on your mat! Quiet your mind, find your edge and go with the flow. Modifications are offered and encouraged, allowing you to settle into your own yoga zone, every time.

Experience Level: All levels are welcome, but those brand new to yoga are encouraged to join us for a foundations class or three, first!
