Dayna Case

Dayna has spent a life time enjoying many forms of physical activity such as gymnastics, dance, and diving to name a few. In her mid-forties she fell in love with yoga. Dayna has been specializing in kids yoga for over a decade. Her home practice consists of yin and deep stretch which has lead Dayna to expand from kids yoga to teaching adult restorative. Dayna’s calming style creates a nurturing safe environment for her students. Dayna received her 200 YTT from Pavones Yoga Center in Costa Rica and her children’s training is from Karma Kids in NYC.

Stacey Cruzado

Stacey is a creative spirit with an open heart. She started practicing yoga 10 years ago. The more she learned about yoga and the philosophy the more in-tune she became with her body and handling life as it’s being thrown at you. She went on to complete her 200 RTY and get certified in Buti Yoga. She believes it is always a journey and she is always a student. As an instructor she loves to share her gratitude of meditation flowing in movement while creating a positive community.

Jim Dickhaus, Co-Owner

Years of being a weekend warrior athlete had taken a toll on Jim's lower back and the stress of running a small business was really getting into his head when yoga found him.  Five years later, his body feels better than it has in years and he is finally learning to let go of all the crap he doesn’t need in his life. As for the whole ‘teaching yoga’ part of the quest...he is definitely digging that, too, even if it is probably the most challenging thing he has ever done. Jim has really enjoyed the company of his fellow yogis as they find new ways to deepen their practices. He has met some good people from all walks of life and believes they all come to their mats for different reasons.  What are yours?

His classes move a little slower, but that’s mainly so you can really get into the poses and let them do their stuff. Plus, he’ll be sure to play some excellent tunes, because life would be really boring without the accompanying soundtrack!

Joyce Hertrich

Joyce's yoga practice first began in 2013 and it quickly turned into a passion. Her goal while teaching is to help her students find their passion for yoga and fitness by creating an open, fun environment. Joyce loves to teach a vinyasa style class with a focus strength that is also accessible to everyone! She wants her students to leave her classes feeling happy, healthy and fierce! Joyce's 10 year plan includes living by the ocean, teaching yoga and serving up dessert waffles from an old VW bus. Until then, you'll find her running along the paths downtown, dancing to Beyoncé, and overly obsessing about her 2 cats.

Mallory Murphy, Co-Owner

Mallory has been practicing yoga for over the past 10 years and is a 200hr RYT. It all started as a way to improve chronic back pain then developed into part of her lifestyle and a nice break from a stressful career. Mallory takes the time to make her classes welcome to people at different points in their practice. She tries to make classes fun but challenging. She spends her free time with her dogs and cat, playing video games, and going out to concerts.

Sarah Ouellett-Albano

Sarah has been teaching yoga for 4 years. Discovering yoga on a trip to Tuscany, she developed a love and connection to the practice almost immediately. 6 years later, she continues to develop a better understanding of her own practice and lets that knowledge trickle into how she teaches. Sarah teaches primarily vinyasa style but loves to dabble in Hatha and Restorative as well. When she is not teaching, she is most likely spending time with her two dogs, or traveling the country following her favorite band.

LeeAnna Shepherd

LeeAnna has been practicing yoga since 2013 and underwent her teacher training in 2017.  Her teaching style is best described as fun and playful.  She aims to make you sweat, have fun, and learn something new! Having gone through some injuries herself, alignment and safety is a very important component in her classes.  When she's not on her mat, LeeAnna is likely traveling with her fiancé, trying new food, snuggling her 3 pups, or just trying to save the world any way she can!
